About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the NottyBull website and any order you place on it. The website is operated by:

• Legal name: registered business name (proprietorship / LLP / Pvt Ltd)
• Registered address: full address
• GSTIN: GST number, if registered
• Customer care: support email and phone

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

Your account

You don’t need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Products, sizes and colours

Our clothes are cut oversized and unisex; please check the size guide. We try hard to show colours accurately, but screens vary, so the real thing may look slightly different. Puff prints are hand-finished, so tiny variations between pieces are normal.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over ₹1,499 ship free.
• You can pay online through our payment provider or choose cash on delivery where available.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order

The order confirmation email means we’ve received your order. The contract is formed when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order (and refund any payment in full) if the item is out of stock, if we can’t deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. We’ll tell you if this happens.

Cash on delivery

For cash on delivery orders, please keep the order amount ready in cash or UPI. If COD parcels are repeatedly refused without reason, we may turn off cash on delivery for that phone number or address.

Shipping, swaps and refunds

Delivery, size swaps, cancellations and refunds are explained in our Shipping & returns page and our Refund & cancellation policy, which form part of these terms.

Discounts and bundles

Discount codes and bundle prices have their own conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. If you return part of a bundle, the bundle saving may be deducted from your refund.

The Talk

• The Talk is for education and peer support. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor, and it is not an emergency service.
• Follow the community guidelines. We remove content and block users who harass, shame, share explicit images, or try to contact minors.
• You keep ownership of what you post, but you let us display it on The Talk. Don’t post anything that identifies you or someone else.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about the product. We don’t edit reviews to change their meaning, but we may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or share personal information.

Our designs and content

The NottyBull name, logo, bull character, designs, slogans, photos and text on this website belong to us. You can share links and your own photos of our products, but you can’t copy or sell our designs.

Using the website fairly

Don’t misuse the website: no hacking, scraping, placing fake orders, reselling in bulk without permission, or doing anything unlawful.

Liability

We’re responsible for the products we sell being as described and fit for purpose. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by things outside our control, like courier disruptions, strikes or natural events. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts in your city, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
