Shipping

  • We ship across India. Every order gets a tracking link by email once it leaves us.
  • Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Orders are packed and dispatched within add your dispatch time, e.g. 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes add typical delivery times for metros and other cities after dispatch.
  • Cash on delivery is available: pay the courier in cash or UPI.

Size swaps (exchanges)

  • Wrong size? You can swap it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original packaging.
  • Start a swap from the Contact page or on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you want.
  • Return shipping for swaps: say who pays for the return pickup or postage.
  • Swaps depend on stock. If your size is sold out, we’ll tell you your options.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Sorry about that. Message us as soon as possible with your order number and a couple of photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a fix.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Message us with your order number before it ships and we’ll cancel it. Once it’s on its way, you can use a size swap after delivery instead.
